Great pub, great good, and welcoming staff
A very run down hotel. The food used to be quite good there, but it was a very different story on Sunday evening. We had one of the "specials" each, lamb rack. It was completely uncooked, the gravy was hideous, and they used chicken salt on the chips! Yuk. We will not return

Good food, reasonably priced accommodation with nice rooms, and very friendly staff. Parking area available around the back if you're on a bike so it's not left on the street. Overall a great place to spend a night or two if you're touring the area.
