Ive had so far bad experiences with Wang cafe , last 3 times we ordered from their we have asked for no onion on our burger order which is a cheeseburger with bacon , slightly more costly than a plain hamburger. EVERY time they get it wrong, we have even asked them are you sure not to add onion as we keep getting it when we have asked for none, and they still added loads of onion, not sure if they think its funny or just messing around with us they dont seem type to have a laugh, we usually just pass the burger onto someone who will eat it with onion not usually annoyed by it.Well last time we ordered surprise!! Theres onion on it, and none of us wanted it, so I went back into store and asked for a refund for the burger, well the lady who must have made the burger came hurrying over and said. You didnt ask for no onion I felt like laughing. In her face, weve always without fail ask for the burger with no onion every single time.I said yeah we did So shes doing the refund and told her coworker refund it for a hamburger and I started to get angry, first of all its your fault not ours for making a simple order wrong Secondly I had a cheeseburger not a plain burger, price isnt that big of a deal but she was trying to rope us out of money by making it seem like our fault Just a terrible business So on conclusions 1)Gets orders wrong2)Tries to swindle their customers3)Not great customer service 4) Bad business
